PHASE ONE OUTLINE
Obviously, the first part of Phase One is to get a property. This property would need to be large enough to allow for the ministries which are proposed thus far. These would include housing interns, housing short-term groups, and housing pastors and missionaries in need of rest.
Once purchased, there would be a need for a septic system, running water, sewer, and electric lines. Driveways and parking areas would also need to be in place.
